Our Structured Career Readiness Programs are designed to coach participants through professional settings, meeting expectations, industry standards and workflows through a structured and supportive environment. Participants engage in a clearly defined learning process that emphasizes competency development. Each program guides participants from industry knowledge to on-the-job learning. Through this structure, participants gain professional development training in the pursuit to secure a full-time position.
